Point Brunch Series: Slainte Brunch with Chef Dexter

Sunday, 10th of April we have the pleasure to invite you from 11h00 to an extraordinary culinary event! Our friends and partners from Jameson Irish Whiskey introduced us the the amazing skills and creativity of Chef Bogdan Alexandrescu aka Chef Dexter.

Known to many of you since 2012, when he became a finalist in the first season of MasterChef in Romania where he earned the nickname of Chef Dexter, Bogdan is a professional chef, food stylist and a Pay-It-Forward activist who is constantly promoting and revolutionizing culinary specialties for clients with a fine taste for quality food and a healthy standard of living.

On this occasion, Chef Dexter will prepare a special Irish Gourmet Jameson Whiskey - Infused Lunch:

1. Starter: Seared st.Jacques with butter mash, bacon dust, pesto leurdese & Jameson honey squash shooter
2. Sous-vide duck breast, roasted Jameson honey glaze squash & orzotto
3. Deceptive dessert

You can enjoy the 3-course meal plus 3 drinks of your choice between 11h00 and 15h00 for 100 RON.
Complementary drinks from Jameson Irish Whiskey will be served from the house.

Nowadays, beside consultancy services, public speaking, promoting food awareness and cooking for exclusive events, Chef Dexter's main interest is food styling and providing creative conceptual culinary visions for international corporations and private clients looking for something unique.
Chef Dexter is passionate about books, visual arts, photography, painting and translating textures and colors into food concepts. He also likes to travel and find inspiration in the small things that fuel his obsession for detail.
